School Meals and Catering
We believe that a healthy, enjoyable lunch is an important part of the school day, helping children to refuel, socialise with their friends and be ready for an afternoon of learning.
Our school catering is provided by Dolce Schools Catering, a UK education caterer specialising in freshly prepared school meals. Dolce’s meals are cooked from raw ingredients, with menus designed to provide nutritious, appealing choices for children. Their menus include meat and fish dishes alongside vegetarian and vegan options, with a range of vegetables and accompaniments to support a balanced diet.
Choice and Variety
We want lunchtime to be something pupils look forward to. Dolce offers a varied menu with a range of familiar favourites alongside opportunities to try different dishes and flavours. Menus rotate regularly, helping to ensure that pupils have plenty of variety throughout the term.
Parents and carers can also be reassured that Dolce provides nutritional and allergen information for its recipes and has systems in place to support children with allergies and other dietary requirements.
Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements
It is particularly important that we are aware of any food allergies, intolerances, medical diets or other dietary requirements your child may have. Dolce uses an allergen management system designed to prevent unsuitable meal choices being selected for children where the relevant allergen information has been recorded.
If your child has a dietary requirement, please ensure that you inform the school office so that the appropriate information and arrangements can be put in place.
